How is this not murder?
A 62-year-old grandfather and church deacon named #JohnnyHollman lost his life in Atlanta police custody after a minor traffic accident. He declined to sign a ticket, believing he wasn't at fault, and tragically, he was tased to death by the officer seconds later. #gapol #Sayhisname #Atlanta

I think it would be difficult to prove intent to murder with a device that is not intended to kill.

Signing the ticket doesn’t mean you’re admitting guilt. But an officer can place you under arrest for refusing to sign. I don’t like tasers or pepper spray. I also don’t understand how he couldn’t breathe before the taser. Fear and adrenaline?

Murder!!! Completely unnecessary. He couldn’t physically put his arms behind his back while face down. This man was clearly elderly. That many tazer shots equaled murder

IT IS MURDER! This is NOT something people should lose their life over! Our process does not reflect innocent until proven guilty! Also, these are the same police pushing for tactical training facility! #stopcopcity

You are such a divisive politician @marwilliamson and yes, police need better training.

so the cops continue to murder civilians in the streets. the day most of us celebrate stealing indigenous lands. i’m just sad, i still have hope but it’s just sooo incredibly sad this country thinks it is in the right and there clearly so many wrongs that still need justice
