How is this not murder?
A 62-year-old grandfather and church deacon named #JohnnyHollman lost his life in Atlanta police custody after a minor traffic accident. He declined to sign a ticket, believing he wasn't at fault, and tragically, he was tased to death by the officer seconds later. #gapol #Sayhisname #Atlanta

In Georgia, you can contest your traffic ticket in court. A person is free to refuse to sign the traffic ticket; however, the police officer is free to place him/her under arrest and take him/her into custody.

The use of the passive voice is disgusting...he lost his life like you might say he lost his wallet or his house keys. He was murdered. An Atlanta Police Officer killed him.

It was heartbreaking and completely unnecessary. The officer should not have escalated the interaction. However, the racial dynamic doesn’t fit the media narrative. Very few people are aware it happened.

He wasn't a Black for Trump guy, was he..? They have a year to "control" their constituency. With zero positive results to campaign on. Any grass roots Trump movement in the "black communites", real influence, could threaten Georgia big time. And they are springing up everywhere.

I was tasered in my living room by 4-5 Sherriff's over facebook hate speech directed at the people who murdered my mother. The taser put my heart into Afib and almost killed me so did the knee on my neck and he tried to tear my arm off. Then charged me with fleeing in my home.

White people actually listen to police instructions and don’t end up like this. Black culture is the real killer here. Always listen to the police and if it was a wrongful arrest you can sue the city. Not with losing your life though
