Yah, it's wacky. Just like you, Earthy. The Dept of Peace is called the State Dept. Diplomats negotiate with Iran, N. Korea, China, Russia etc so war doesnt break out between us. We don't come up with nonsense names for departments to appeal to some brainless hippy somewhere.
