When the trickle-down con first began - and make no mistake about it, it was a massive con perpetrated on the American people - we were told about "job killing regulations." That "job-killing" phrase was the PR narrative created to trick people into thinking that all deregulation was a good thing. In fact, such regulations were job protections, labor protections, worker safety regulations, environmental regulations and so forth. Now we're seeing the result of this painful corporate-driven chapter of American history, in which our middle class has been hollowed out and millions left to suffer. We need to end that chapter and begin again. #marianne2024
Truck drivers used to make $100,000 a year. Today, many are homeless and live out of their trucks. The problem is deregulation. Before 1980 the industry was highly regulated, truckers were union, and it was a good job. Now the industry is unregulated, and drivers are suffering.

Still know truck drivers making 100,00K a year. Healthcare related Human resource development inside of companies possibly hire retired RNs for negotiating preventative medical insurance plans & retired RDH clinicians for prevention first dental insurance plans. 50-75% of insurance plans out there are so outdated and crazy costly-even covered CA. Would love Gavin Newsom to call covered CA & have him be on one of these plans. Or a denti-cal PPO Delta Dental plan. Would it change? Where society went wrong? IS the legal system itself I have asked 3 senators, how can someone convicted of a state or federal crime run for POTUS? Why in 2016, with Mueller report the democrats didn’t convict then to prevent Trump. No one has answered yet. If someone answers will let you know. Could care less if they are Democrat or Republican at this point. I actually look at the people themselves the doers not the talking heads. People who actually read, do the work & implement intelligent programs. Pete B. excellent work, Katie Porter in CA (former elementary school teacher) is great, moderate republicans many are retiring-sad but true.

If it were a true statement I’d agree with you but their statement is incorrect. The truckers making less than $100k are working for the union carriers while the OTR non union are cleaning up.

Have a look at "The Con." (thecon.tv) It goes into depth on how our deteriorated financial condition came about; corruption is at the center of it all, and trickle-down is only part of the story. We're creating a non-profit to fight corruption. DM if interested.
