Why? They won’t have 10 minutes to do it when they’re 18??? This is just another way to “fortify” elections. Aka CHEAT. Are they pre-registered for a drivers license? For their car registration? college classes? Did they pre-fill their tax returns? It’s ridiculous. EXPLAIN!
