What’s infuriating about the establishment Democrats who go apoplectic re Trump’s increasing authoritarianism is not that they’re wrong. What’s infuriating is their refusal to recognize that the way to counter it effectively is to offer people a more attractive alternative: MedicareForAll, tuition free college and tech school, subsidized childcare, a guaranteed living wage etc. They actively suppress the voice of the one Democratic candidate whose message would defeat Donald Trump. It’s a heavy load to compensate for, but we will. Marianne2024.com

Unfortunately, Dems are constrained both by lack of imagination and the interests of their donors.

Trump Derangement Syndrome has gone to your head too. Review the J6 tapes and see what real Authoritarianism is all about. And, your more attractive alternative sounds like socialism.

the politics have been obvious for a while . it took some slick and hardball maneuvering for Bernie to lose the nomination to Biden . imo, because there was a movement there that had to be stopped . and, here we are today .

What’s infuriating is the willful use of labels that do not apply. This is not an innocent endeavor.

Socialism doesn't work and it has never worked.

You are running as a Dem. I remember AOC saying similar things and she sold out fast. Probably just a book tour for mystic Jesus

Only fools still vote for the duopoly. 🍊🍊
It's a genocide, Marianne. And you should have absolutely no problem saying so since these guys aren't being the least bit subtle or timid about their intentions.

Just doesn't seem very plausible to suppose there are a great number of people standing on the sidelines who don't care about democracy or fascism, don't see a difference between the economic policies and values of Democrats and Republicans, but who you may entice into voting.
