The only way to defeat Donald Trump in 2024 is with a radically humanitarian agenda: universal healthcare, tuition free college and tech school, childcare & paid family leave, guaranteed living wage, a vision of peace, and the declaration of a climate emergency to save the planet for future generations. Why? Because those things provide a better life for people. They inspire a way for the future to be better. They give a voter something to vote FOR. If the Democratic Party refuses to match Donald Trump’s mendacity with an equal level of human compassion for what people are going through, it will not defeat him. It will pave for the way for his return.

You think that the only problem is Trump? Marianne, pleaseeee. Democrats aren’t much different than Republicans. It is a corruptive political corporate System that benefits from WallStreet and the business of war… and you know this.

You will NEVER win anything until you understand economics and how to pay for stuff. #Econ101

How about running on a platform of fixing the big issues rather than promising more "free stuff" that we can't afford. How would you balance the budget? What would you cut to pay for all these programs?

So attempting to use the Public Purse strings to buy votes. Just another politician with no ideas how to make a difference so continue the bad policies that help bring us to this point of 34T in debt with out achieving any of goals. Nothing new here.

Nothing screams Dem Party Loyalist /“Sheep-dogging” like “the way to defeat Trump is....” When you are predictably DNC’d, you’ll be telling folks party over policy: vote Dem.

You call it humanitarian, I call it creating dependency on government, which is a very bad idea.

The Democratic Party is owned by lobbyists. Their priority is not to defeat Trump. If it were, they would be putting out a better product. They also would allow their product on the debate stage and the DNC would not be spending so much donor money on suppressing #MoreChoices.

You miss so much. States could do all of this. All of it. Yet democratic states do not. They could even receive funding for it. So no one believes dems will do what they don’t do already. And you pretending doesn’t help you.
