This Texas House bill will create rampant fear and desperation among people who do not deserve this treatment. People who left their homes due to the most traumatic circumstances then come to a place where they’re traumatized further by the government of the country they fled to. The government of Texas is perpetrating collective and unconstitutional abuse on a vulnerable population. I hope their mean-spiritedness will be struck down in Court.

You think we should allow everyone in, AND you think we should have a bunch of social programs..... How long do you think our country will last if you get elected? And will seeing our country collapse satisfy your white guilt?

Marianne you couldn’t go into any other country illegally. What are you not getting? Will you get it when there’s another terrorist attack? Will another 3000 people have to die for you to get it?

How do you differentiate between those who are fleeing from persecution & just want a better life, & those who are drug dealers, rapists & murderers? How? Opening the gates to all, opens the gates to ALL. It needs to be controlled.
