New York Times: "There are more Americans who say they have serious cognitive problems than at any time in the last 15 years, data from the Census Bureau shows. Researchers point to long Covid as a major cause." You can ignore COVID, but COVID will not ignore you.

Two things can be factual at the same time. And the fact that you are ignoring is that vaccines keep folks from dying during the actual acute infection.

I agree! But given that there is no cure or even treatment and may never be, prevention should still be paramount. Biden has failed to the standard he held Trump to when he said Trump failed on Covid. He has eliminated/obfuscated case counts, eliminated free PCR tests, & more.

Yes, but equally important prevent more people from being affected by finally having lasting covid prevention methods: clean air should be like clean water and ffp2+ masks in public spaces like wearing pants. Just normal.

We need to stop transmission so the growth of the Long Covid community can be slowed - there is no cure and very little treatment and none beyond symptom management. There are easy things that could be done to empower people to protect themselves

Three things that the government could do that would enable everyone to be a transmission chain breaker: 1) Send every household a fit test kit and educational information about how to effectively mask using a KN95 or better respirator or elastomeric and test it!
