Most of the problems are not caused by drugs - most of the harm is caused by prohibition. Don't swap criminalisation for medicalisation of unapproved drug use:

What about neither! What are people recovering from?!? People are not just their relationship to substances. This is just casting the net wider and making people in to patient prisoners. Trading one cage got another. Let’s just get rid of the whole czar concept.
