Good on you, Ohio! The government shouldn’t have a right to tell you whether or not you can smoke marijuana any more than it can tell you whether or not you can drink. I would deschedule marijuana immediately, let all marijuana offenders out of federal prisons and expunge their records. apnews.com/article/ohio-mari…

The federal government can not expunge state records, though, which is the vast majority of marijuana convictions.

Now do masks and vax mandates.

Why would you expunge a record of anyone that committed a crime if it was legal when they committed the crime? Criminal activity is about defying the law of the people at any given time - not about the crime itself.

I'm with you on most things, but not this one. Marijuana leads to psychosis in a significant number of people, and legalization is really commercialization, with corporate malefactors incentivized to get people hooked on a product that also causes major physical damage.

same with telling us what medical procedures we should have. You still wont acknowledge this. MW. Very disappointed in how you did not stand up for people harmed by government mandates.
