Sham. Placeholder legislation. Ineffective if the goal is to get big money out of politics. Why only 'publicly traded' companies? It's easier for big privately-held companies to slip dark money into the pockets of politicians. It doesn't overturn Citizens United <--- it fails.

Although slower than expected, Republicans learn from mistakes and do something about it (with few exceptions like the thief Lindsey Graham) while the Democrats decide to double down to benefit $$ by stuck in the mud. OBama's illegal operation in Syria #TimberSycamore is one example that we all witnessed.

Did you even read it yet? It does not go after non profits where most of the dark money goes. This is why you're not qualified. You pop off. Energy work, dream catchers and crystals are elevating you to office.
