In order to have a ceasefire, military action needs to be taken against Israel, otherwise they will never accept a ceasefire, and will burn the whole of the region and even their own people to prevent it. They already murder UN officials and say they are above the law.
Those who cannot see that a skilled, resourceful, "outside the box", multifaceted, and immediate leadership/system change are just plain scared. Time to "help others", that means the 99% not the 1%. That's the 8 billion not the 80 million.✌️❓
The solution of handing over the hostages in exchange for them stopping bombing Gaza may not be the right one. However, if in Israel there are 4000 Palestinian prisoners still detained without being tried, perhaps it is time for some of them to be released in exchange for 1/1
"Israel cannot be expected not to respond … no one should expect Israel not to go after Hamas" (MW). I can‘t reconcile that with your call for a ceasefire.
