We force people to live in the shadows and then criminalize them for doing so. Government has no right to traumatize whole families this way. The Texas state government might make it legal, but it is a moral crime.

They tried this in Arizona under Jan Brewer. It was struck down by SCOTUS, therefore it is unconstitutional, right off the bat. Until and unless SCOTUS overturns precedent...
