Federal red flag laws do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Universal background checks do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning assault weapons does not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning high-capacity magazines & bump stocks does not infringe on the 2nd amendment.

Red flag laws infringe upon rights covered under the following Amendments: 1A, 2A, 4A, 5A, 6A, and 14A. Everything else you've mentioned absolutely infringes upon 2A. You can try to ban them, but making us into criminals might not do what you expect.

No. They also infringe on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th amendments. Universal background checks are unenforceable. What's an assault weapon? Banning standard capacity magazines is absolutely a violation of the 2nd.
