Federal red flag laws do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Universal background checks do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning assault weapons does not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning high-capacity magazines & bump stocks does not infringe on the 2nd amendment.

Definition of Infringed is to act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on. All of those things you mention are infringements. The gov is forbidden from weapons authority, no matter what they, or the people, want.

"Red Flag Laws" depend on the nature of the law. If you go get an actual order from a judge, great. And if the accused gets a timely hearing (less than seven days) AND a court-appointed lawyer? Then we can start talking.
