Federal red flag laws do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Universal background checks do not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning assault weapons does not infringe on the 2nd Amendment. Banning high-capacity magazines & bump stocks does not infringe on the 2nd amendment.

The only amendment we need to get rid of is the nineteenth.

Name ONE gun control law that you believe does infringe on the 2nd Amendment. I doubt you can.

Everything you said is factually incorrect.

I guess my question would be.. what do you think would infringe on the second amendment? How many restrictions does “shall not be infringed” allow?

I’ll address each of your points, and explain why they’re all infringements. Red flag laws can be abused, court appearances/lawyers cost money.

Universal background checks cost money, a deterrent to low income individuals. Once you figure out universal background checks are useless without registration, registration will be the new mantra. Gun registration is antithetical to the 2nd amendment.

Except they do infringe on the 2nd amendment.

Red flag laws violate the 5th Amendment. If I have to get government permission before exercising a right, how is it still a right? No, it absolutely does. Banning standard-cap magazines absolutely violates the 2nd Amendment. Repeating lies does not make them true.

Red flag laws are the most un-American thing ever conceived

Yes they do.
