I don’t see how anyone can find fault w denying weapons to the mentally unwell. I voluntarily surrendered mine to the cops during my bad days with my ex. Owning a weapon is a privilege, like driving, that the state can revoke if you are unfit. “Don’t threaten harm” is a low bar.
