Darn right, Mr. Speaker. So is a ban on assault weapons, universal background checks, banning bump stocks and high-capacity magazines, and more. Using prayer as cover for the political unwillingness to address earthly problems is a mockery of faith. 2/3

Prayer with inaction is useless. I always think of the mother of one of the bar shooting victims in CA yelling that she doesn’t want thoughts and prayers but gun control instead.

We have laws that aren't enforced. We have criminals that aren't punished. What's to deter a criminal from committing crimes? Your answer is to make more laws. That doesn't make sense to me.
