Depression and suicide are complicated disorders. Despair over the conditions of our economy our government and our public discourse is definitely a public issue. But many other things contribute to the epidemic of poor Mental Health as well.

A great portion of the population of depressed individuals are so due to poor diet- switch to whole, organic, unprocessed foods and eliminate ultra-processed foods, sugar and seed oils. You will notice a marked improvement in mood in very little time.
