Israel must stop the siege and stop the bombing - and the United States should be supporting neither. The blood of innocents is the blood of innocents, regardless whose is spilled. 1/2

The role of the United States should be working with other countries to broker a solution - including release of the hostages. The United States simply supporting Israel in the application of brute force is bad for Gaza, bad for Israel, bad for America and bad for the world. 2/2

What is your solution? I also want to stop world hunger, inflation, and cancer. You are running for President, not city council, stop putting out blank statements.

Marianne, I LOVE you but you cannot negotiate with terrorists. Have we not learned from the Taliban taking Afghanistan? Closing education off to women? Removing women from their careers? Making husbands effectively owners of their wives who may not leave their homes without them?

If your whole family was slaughtered by your neighbor in the name of their hatred against you. Afterward, they said the police should not arrest them. Instead, the police should not be involved because your family has done something wrong against your neighbor. Is that your logic?

Please tell us, then, how you can assure a long-lasting piece without eliminating Hamas? Or must Israel put up with rockets and massacres with no end in sight?
