Do people who live in every other advanced democracy and have universal health care feel “enslaved?” Do people who have to put a go fund me page up on the Internet to procure a life-saving operation for themselves or their loved ones feel “free?”

Having combed through hundreds of thousands of medical and disability survival fundraisers - They do not, this primarily happens in the US (unless it's for an experimental procedure) This is a US issue
