It is important for everyone who follows this campaign to understand that the president's power in many situations is limited. We have three co-eco branches of government. Most presidents have a year to enact significant changes before the opposing party loads the Congress.

And there are some things that only Congress can approve. If you're a president and you respect the co-equal branches of government you don't violate that, even if he can't stand with the Congress votes to do.
