The Constitution does not limit the number of Supreme Court Justices to nine. At this point they have gone rogue, and I would be prepared to counter their corporatist bias. #disruptthecorrupt

Last time the court was expanded, it was due to congress wresting control of reconstruction from the executive and replacing it with their own version, which, as history shows, was not simply a failure, but a violation of a plethora of rights. Expanding the court is a bad idea.

imagine if all this money and energy were to go into creating a working-class liberation media network to open minds and expand people's conscious awareness of what is possible? And what if you also created a speaker's bureau to train public speakers? Train new candidates etc?

@justicedems I want you to imagine how much support and funding you would have received if ANY member of the squad (@AOC, @RashidaTlaib, @IlhanMN, etc) did what @mattgaetz is doing right now. Keep rolling with establishment shills like @RepJeffries, saying “You just don’t know how it works from the inside”. It’s obvious they forgot why we put them in from the “outside.”

They have not gone rogue. There are no rules. They were chosen by repub to do precisely what they are doing. Reject poor government institutions across the board.

Translation "Gone rogue" = making sure laws, policies, and regulations are consistent with the constitution The checks and balances of our constitutional republic were intentionally designed to prevent the undermining of our constitution by midwit radicals #YouAreTheCorrupt

Maybe if Trump wins he'll drop the number to 5 Justices... all conservative. Is that what you want? No one with any sense of reason would want to change the # of judges to make their party dominant.

They haven’t gone rogue. You just don’t like what they say.
