And lest we get the impression Newsome is standing for innovation or some other virtue, he only vetoed the bill after Reps of Big Tech lobbied the Governor and his office to the tune of a quarter of a million dollars (according to The Lever.)

The reason is because truckers vote conservative. Democrats will start WW3 because the people killed will have overwhelmingly voted conservative.
