Long Covid is more of a challenge, with greater implications in people's lives, that we're currently recognizing. As COVID surges again, sending Americans free rapid tests is helpful. But PCR testing is more accurate. To track infections and help document the growing number of people with Long Covid, PCR tests should be freely available to everyone.

PCR tests, like Rapid tests, are inaccurate.

PCR tests even lack these days, and healthcare workers administering the tests are not administering them correctly, frequently leading to false negatives. The real impact happens through mass public education campaigns on what long COVID is, can cause, and how to prevent it- which is not get COVID. No one is supporting mass public Ed campaign efforts and it’s a top priority of ours because it’s the largest tool to change the tide in attitude and background to be able to adjust behaviors, leaving COVID running rampant.

In May 2021, the CDC lowered the CT from 40 (up to 97% false positive) to 28 or lower — but only when doing PCR testing on individuals who have received the COVID jab. Unvaccinated were still tested using a CT of 40. The result is obvious: ‘Vaccinated’ individuals became far less likely to test positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection while unvaccinated were still exceedingly getting false positives…”

The PCR test is not always more accurate. In fact, a person can be tested positive with PCR weeks or months after the person has been cleared of COVID. I am not sure why you are advocating something (PCR) that takes longer to get results. At-home antigen test is quick and easy. If we want to suppress the spread of COVID, the trick is to get as many people tested, as often as possible. That means a test that must be easy to self-administer and produce results quickly.

Winning tweet… COVID fear will come back when someone very important comes out saying it’s affecting them. Inevitable. hopefully things change when. Meantime those of us focused on Long COVID will continue forward ready to jump into the mainstream when the opportunity knocks

That’s a hard no, mainly because whatever issue does exist here is easily dealt with, with herbal and plant remedies, a shift in diet, and generally getting closer to nature, not moving further away.

Have you noticed, though, that long Covid seems to be psychosomatic? Maybe new studies have been done since the last one I read, but at that time, it was showing up in certain groups.
