Nixon knew drugs wasn't "public enemy #1" when he started the Drug War. It's done more to exacerbate than to solve the problem, including that almost half of federal prisoners are non-violent drug offenders. Enough. Time for a new beginning. 3/3 marianne2024.com

What’s the succes rate of recovery? Yeah, somehow you’re going to fix that? Illegal marijuana is cheaper than the legal stuff- no regulation, no taxes, and they don’t even pay for water in some cases because they divert streams. You really haven’t thought this out
