No company is going to pay ppl to do nothing .. either you go full strike and put real pressure on or you're sacrificing entire divisions that are affected by the rotating, minimal strikes.

The bottom line, which you seem to be missing, is that Tesla is so far ahead of these three, in EV's, which is the future, that in a worst case scenario if this goes extremely badly it could be the death knell for all three.
