Everyone needs to watch this. A Seattle cop mocks the death of a woman killed by a speeding patrol car and says she "had limited value." Her name was Jaahnavi Kandula. She was a 23-year-old grad student raised by a single mother. Absolutely disgusting.

sum ppl suspect gallows humor. possibly. I actually heard it almost as sarcasm. sounded like he was making sarcastic fun of someone else saying 11k would cover it. if it has been written "that part would have been in quotes". w/o more audio and context hard to tell. MW is lost.
