How much are you able to do without being blocked by Congress or the Supreme Court? This is a genuine question for anyone who can answer(and preferably provide good sources), I can't claim to be the most understanding of the workings of government and hear conflicting statements.

There are three co-equal branches of government. And depending who controls which while she’s there, the president is or isn’t able to do everything she’d like. Thankyou for taking the time to answer. I do understand the basics just not as much as a lot of other people involved in politics, but would you be able to do the things you propose, and if so how would you? Joe Biden has had many changes he's attempted to make blocked.
