Is this the reason for the despair you describe? If you see broken men difficult to repair….sounds hopeless to me. The healing meditations must be difficult to apply then.

No, Marianne, we do not need - nor do we want - the government to raise our children. Our men are not ‘broken’. We are wounded. We have been cut off at the knees. We need to heal.

Because the government has done so well with education, health and wars on poverty and drugs. But this time will be different, right?

Yup, bigger government is the answer.

Absolutely NOT. No one needs more govt in their children's lives. Are you paying any attention AT ALL to what the govt schools are mandating for children?

It's the reason there needs to be a father in the home.

I am pretty sure you and Fredrick Douglas have different ideas on what makes strong children and what it takes to make them cupcake

Its easy to say broken man but where is the definition of broken men. If you fill heads of vulnerable children with nonsense, for me it means broken, for you it means strong. So lets first define and then lets leave that decision to parents.

No. A Thousand times no. Another govt department whittling away at our paychecks (O, but UBI will solve it) will not creat any value. Def: Insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
