Kind of shocking in a democratic society. “You can vote for whoever you want, but we’re gonna tell you who your choices are…”

Hey Marianne, since you’re out to end the collusion between government and corporations, improve the conditions of the lower/middle class, etc. What are your thoughts on the #BESTPlan, 10 economic priorities that I think will greatly improve the economy?

Not shocking. They are a private corporation and they can nominate whomever they damn well want to nominate. They explicitly argued this in court, yet you still decided to attach your name to this despicable organization. Why?

The super delegates pick the nominee almost every time, anyway.

The DNC already won this in court. They are a political party and can choose their nominee, regardless of caucus or primary results. Sucks, but that's what it is

@marwilliamson is right. Isn't the whole point of democracy to let people have a say? By skipping debates, it feels like we're telling folks their opinions don't really matter. Plus, debates can actually make a candidate stronger. Don't we want to make sure we're putting our best foot forward?

We don’t have a democratic society
