Our Constitution allows slavery for prisoners. So only the Public sector should be used to enslave? Enslave a designated underclass who we frequently accuse just to put them to work, under armed guard instead of as free citizens. It also means without labor union representation.

Is this so the very rich have a sure fire way to serve in a posh place, on the rare occasion when they're sentenced? Biden is probably just looking out for Hunter and Trump.
Of course he is. He wrote the two crimes bills in the 80s and 90s that caused mass incarceration.

Shouldn't prisoners be forced to work to pay restitution to their victims to be released? That requires them to be able to make economic gains while there.
Public unions should be eliminated. The people taking bribes from employees’ unions to get elected shouldn’t be the ones voting raises & offering job security. 🐖 When public unions strike, they strike against taxpayers. F.D.R. considered this “unthinkable and intolerable.”

There are some people who belong in prison like Trump

This is an acceptable point of view if you ignore the fact there are vile criminals in the world and also ignore the fact that government can't do anything efficiently.
