A one-time $700 assistance check to an entire household that just lost everything… Note that that is considered the “serious” people. If you’re not more serious than that about human suffering, then you’re not serious at all.

Nobody has ever given each family of disasters a check for anything. This is in addition to all of the help that is being provided right now. Just like any other disaster in our country except he has added extra cash for each household.
