The Georgia indictments against Donald Trump give us ten new reasons to turn the page and move on. The former president will have to deal with his troubles but the country should not be further weighed down by them. Trump may or may not be found guilty of his crimes but his damage to our body politic is indisputable. It is time to disconnect from events of the past and create a future untainted by political scandals.

He led an attempt to overturn the results of an election. We're not 'moving on' without a full accounting and prosecution.

If they make it illegal to talk about a rigged election you can be pretty sure the election was rigged.

They give us every reason to support him. When the people in power try to jail their political opponents real Americans know who is the worst of the two groups. And it's not the ones waving indictments in their hands.

I personally wouldn’t be surprised if his polling is exaggerated. Most normie Americans are done and tired with that man.

When we can get profiteers, lobbyists, held for ransom bills, above the law politicians, incompetent prophets, violent senile crazies, barely mentally present babblers, Dept misusing agents, corruption hiding officials...ETC The US will never be done being weighed down.
Unless we literally undo most of what the U.S considers our govt will anything be reputable. But no one wants to hear that. They just think a person under the bus here or there in trouble in a 2 party system will always work. Go figure
