As a homeless person in the richest part of town, I stand with the native Hawaiians in their fight against the joggers and dog-walkers. When you see them in your neighborhood, you know you've been colonized.

Create “Indigenous Living Communities” where tourists/part-time occupants can only buy a condo in an area created just for this type of housing. Extra taxes that go towards indigenous peoples community. Oprah can donate her property as a show of good faith.
