Did the young man receive compensation for having lost his hand? The reports do not mention this. The fines mentioned are from the state and money from the fines go to the state- but what about the young man?

17 isn’t a child. The fine isn’t what the worker will get paid. Should allow people to enter the workforce and gain skills when ever they want to and stop babying people until they’re 30.

Actually 17 is legal age to work. I think it’s commendable they wanted a job rather than sit around and whine and expect others to take care of them.
