In 2000 the conservatives on the Supreme Court AT THE TIME RANKED #1 Thomas #2 Rehnquist #3 Scalia #5 O'Connor #7 Kennedy. with the addition of Roberts & Alito O'Connor went to #7 & Kennedy to #9 in the 2008 Landes/Posner Study.
