This is only true if you believe that peoples lives are at the mercy of state and federal governments. What the government giveth, the government can take away (or ruin with bad policies). Charity is always the better option. Always.

Great point Ms Williamson! This is why we need to Legalize drugs, in addition to the fact that prohibition has a massive carbon footprint and is environmentally unsustainable. This harm reduction stuff isn't working out.

I love you and will be voting for you but will not read your news , dont need to , even at the farmers market , basic town folks are so frightened that they have doned phony friendly demeanor and really saving every penny for a collapse of social order
