Democrats will not win in 2024 by telling the electorate things are going well. Why? Because for 70 per cent of Americans they are not! People are done with governance by data; policy should be driven by its effects on people's lives. We will win in 2024 by offering the vision of a society that works: universal health care, cancellation of the college debt, tuition free college and tech school, paid family leave, guaranteed housing and sick pay and a livable wage. Those who think that's "asking too much" are suggesting that the role of government should not in fact be "to secure the inalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." My plan does. That's why we're gaining momentum. And why we're going to win. #marianne2024 #EconomicBillofRights #TheMariannePlan

We are done with lock down pushers too

You'll win by promising more free things, which drives inflation and makes things even harder to afford to your constituents. Luckily, the public school system didn't teach them about money so they won't really know who's fault it is. It will continue until the system collapses.

While most of your list I agree with, however at the top of your list should be living wages. We are being crushed by corporate price hikes. Look at new car prices or groceries. We helped bring the supply chains in order for America, GDP growth but we aren’t getting rewarded.

So if I get this right, you think the right strategy for an incumbent is to pretend like everything sucks? You don’t understand how politics works 😂

Your plan "works" only if (A) taxes are substantially increased or (B) spending is substantially decreased. When has the government ever decreased spending? I'm going with (A).

Who are you voting for in the general after they hand Biden the primary?

Just wanted to say the fact that results may vary by different metrics and people (GNP may be up, employment down; some people may be better off, others worse off), doesn't mean data on those metrics are irrelevant and it's all a matter of professed perceptions.

Simply throwing money around is not a vision, because it doesn't address the reason you want to throw that money around in the first place. You need to attack prices. How can you advocate securing the rights of life if your party insist on supporting unnecessary abortions?
