Something is seriously wrong, on a deeper level than most people are allowing themselves to take in. How, after everything that has happened in this country, did the policeman in this case think he could do this? I will begin the process of fundamental police reform on Day 1.

People aren't going to comply when you point a gun at their face or shove them to the ground in a head lock. People are just trying not to die and they get charged with resisting arrest.
