Something is seriously wrong, on a deeper level than most people are allowing themselves to take in. How, after everything that has happened in this country, did the policeman in this case think he could do this? I will begin the process of fundamental police reform on Day 1.

Jadarrius was not pulled over but ignored the Ohio Highway Patrol and continued to drive away for a great distance even after more patrol cars were engaged. Then he refused to exit his vehicle. He stops, gets out his truck, and speaks with the first officer this never happens.
