So the top five pharma profits combined were still less than Apple by a considerable amount. And a lot of those profits were from Govt paid vaccines. Maybe we should all get free phones instead??

Yes! But NOT Medicare for all. Medicare is NOT free! Plans A,B,D,G costs more than a comparable group plan for anyone who makes $100k or more.
