I disagree. Climate change is not a crisis. People have weathered changing climates since they have existed on earth. The climate changes. We adapt.

Another fool. IF you do not want any oil or gas production MOST of what you use daily will no longer exist. For example - plastics. Virtually ALL come from fossil fuels. Do you like to eat, Marianne? How about your kids if you have any. Without fossil fuels the farmers would not be able to plant the crops, fertilize those crops, harvest those crops and get them to market. Are you willing to do without food? How about heat? Do you enjoy a nice warm bath or shower? Without fossil fuels MOST of us would have no heat or hot water or ability to cook our food. Do you like watching television or having lighting in your home? Without coal much of the country would have no electricity. Before you w waste your time, and ours, study the benefits of what fossil fuels gives to civilization.

Okay so we don't use oil, natural gas, and coal. What should we use? I am assuming you wouldn't want a nuclear plant in YOUR back yard. So what do we do when we don't have wind or sun everyday (renewables)? What is your answer... EXACTLY!
