Denying people water in times of extreme heat can literally endanger their lives. For farmworkers to construction workers, whether it’s big industry or state government that’s behaving that way, we should have zero tolerance for such murderous neglect of a human need.

Ummmm it’s an OHSA requirement already. If any workers are being denied water is illegal already.
