This is not the time to ramp up fossil fuel extraction - as both Trump and Biden do. It’s time to ramp it down. We need to end the era of fossil fuels. We need to begin again. And we need a president who says so. Repair the earth. Invest massively in clean energy. Save the world for our children’s children. nitter.vloup.ch/StopBigOil/statu…

So you're good with destroying the middle class...good to know...

The middle class is what has already been hollowed out. Conversion to green energy on a massive scale would create millions of jobs. It would help restore the middle class.

When you talk about “clean energy” you don’t process that filthy China will manufacture most components, destroys Earth from mining rare minerals, managing the waste after the natural life cycle Also, you talk about “new jobs” with blatant disregard for the existing jobs.

Um, yes, "restore," as the middle class was gravely thinned out, if not destroyed, by Ronnie Raygun & trickle-down.

And what are your plans for soaring energy costs that will continue to soar as you plug more people into the grid. Also, since theres only a handful of EV cars and 99% of them are luxury vehicles that cost upwards of $45k minumum, how do you expect that hallowed out middle class to afford to transition? Pro tip: if American's are struggling to buy food and afford rent then they certainly can't afford $45k+ worth of new debt, if they even qualify for the loan in the first place. How long has it been since you had to worry about choosing rent over food?

The math on the supply chain for green energy replacement just doesn't work.We have hyper abundant natural gas, so much that we are flaring off much of it because the infrastructure hasn't caught up.Removing fossil fuels = starving people. We need to get from here to Nuclear ASAP
This will hollow them out further if you raise fuel/energy prices by cutting the production of "fossil fuels"...95% of the population is not ready to switch to fossil fuels.

@POTUS is already making green energy jobs. 🌏
12 projects, 13 states, thousands of good-paying clean energy jobs. solarbuildermag.com/projects…
What is your specific plan for this?
I am literally working on this issue right now. But with renewable only 6% of East Coast fueling source. In the U.S. overall its 13.1% where will you get the additional energy production? This is at a time energy demands increases under extreme heat
