People “experienced in government” gave us: the Iraq war; 20 years too long in Afghanistan and a spectacular failure at procuring its future; abuse of the planet so great our grandkids might not even be able to survive it; the largest income inequality in 100 years. 1/2

What we need is people “experienced” in calling out  unjust systems and mounting a serious challenge to them. Our problem is not that we don’t have enough political car mechanics; our  problem is that we are on the wrong road. 2/2

And you want to give these people power to run our healthcare. You are full of contradictions. Well meaning maybe but just the same it would be incredibly dangerous.
It so sad the more experience they have give us the worst condition we are in.

RFK jr said “Trusting the experts is not a function of democracy” and he was right. So I agree.

All spot on. But something people still don’t seem to get: the #ClimateCrisis isn’t just threatening our descendants. Unless we revolutionize how we live on this planet NOW, we’re not going to survive it, either.

This is why I like to see people run OUTSIDE of the Democrat and Republican parties. There is no solution inside these parties. Nothing changes them, they only harden their positions and get the people distracted by social issues. Change will only come when third parties finally win important elections.
