I strongly denounce comments made earlier this week by RFK Jr. implying that Ashkenazi Jews and Chinese were relatively "spared" by COVID-19, while Caucasian and Black people were specifically targeted. Whether intentionally or not, his remarks amplify sinister and unfounded notions that are both anti-Semitic and anti-Chinese.🧵

Kennedy’s “I’m only asking questions” use of the most anti-Semitic tropes is unacceptable. As a Jewish American candidate in the 2024 presidential race, I stand against this covert racism writ large. Such language serves only to divide us further at a moment when we need desperately to unite.

Never trust anyone who says they are "only asking questions". That's what Carlson always says.

I don’t believe he is anti-Semitic. Not for one moment. He might be wrong, but I don’t believe he is racist.

I love you Marianne, but I absolutely don't believe he said it with any malintention and I am sad you are adding bad energy to his comments. But I would be happy with him or you as president.

The ones doing the genetic engineering of Covid-19 and the clot shots should be the ones found to be unacceptable, not RFK Jr for exposing it. A real crime detective doesn’t stop investigating a crime because of evidence that the crime is racist or an attempt at ethnic cleansing.

2) specific markers in the AVE-2 receptors to go after specific races. As a Jew myself, I didn't find his remarks anti- Semitic at all.. but good luck Marianne.

If you don't want more division.. stop creating more by deliberately and consciously choosing to twist its words to suit your need. If you are choosing to hear something he didn't actually say, that's on you

yeah, but what if rfk.jr is right? instead of pointing a finger at him, why not question the question? as a self loving jew, the term "antisemitism" is often thrown around as a cover up to real crimes

He is dividing us further? You didn't have the time or consideration to actually watch & listen to what he said? No phone call, text, tweet to him to help clarify his words? I would agree that we desperately need to unite, but apparently you are not the person for the job.

Your behavior towards RFKjr is disgraceful and not presidential. I can never support you again after you took this stance for political points.
