What is happening with the writers and actors strike signifies something much bigger than one industry’s woes. Like union efforts at Amazon and Starbucks and elsewhere, it represents another rumble in a gigantic earthquake. Together, such efforts will overthrow a paradigm by which a few with tremendous capital economically tyrannize those simply struggling to get by.

I suspect G. K. Chesterton was 100% correct. This would very much echo Ralph Nader saying the US is one party under the illusion of Democratic and Republican choice - the twin evils of plutocracy and bureaucracy.
