What is happening with the writers and actors strike signifies something much bigger than one industry’s woes. Like union efforts at Amazon and Starbucks and elsewhere, it represents another rumble in a gigantic earthquake. Together, such efforts will overthrow a paradigm by which a few with tremendous capital economically tyrannize those simply struggling to get by.

Don’t forget all the non union industry families impacted by this. They are squeezing us too with no representation, strike funds, or support, and there’s nothing we can do about it except support the strikers and hope for the best
